At Tribos, we value transparency, respect, and integrity in every exchange. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted.
 

1. General Policy

By purchasing from Tribos, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

We aim to ensure your satisfaction while also honoring the nature of our products and the work behind them.
 

2. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved:

  • You may receive a refund or exchange

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
     

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (including Rapéh and ceremonial items)

  • Personal or intimate items once opened

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
     

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect
    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Order details

We will assess and may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if applicable)
     

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
     

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
     

7. Ceremonial & Spiritual Products Disclaimer

Our products are crafted with respect for traditional and cultural practices.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • These are spiritual and ceremonial tools, not medical products

  • Results and experiences may vary

  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes
