Shipping Policy

At Tribos, we are committed to delivering your order with care, respect, and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your products.
 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
     

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (domestic shipping)

  • Selected international locations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Australia: Flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
     

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note:

  • These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or external factors
     

5. Delays & Liability

Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by third-party carriers such as Australia Post.

  • Tribos is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services

  • We are also not responsible for delays due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances

We will always do our best to support you in case of any issues.
 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Tribos is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply
     

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will assess and assist you in finding a suitable solution.
